My Father, Dear, please bless my eyes
With sight to see Your Holy, Wise 
Care of every single thing 
Shaded under mighty wings. 
Help me give more love to You,
Your love to me then passing through 
To everyone this day I meet,
With gentleness and spirit meek. 
May my footsteps follow more 
Your pathway, soundly heretofore.   
Let my life an arrow straight
Point others to Your narrow gate. 
The way where deepest joys are found,  
And peace and hope are interbound. 
Cleanse me - wrath to pacify;
Raise me - You to glorify. 
Feed me with the Living Bread;
Pour fresh oil upon my head. 
Spirit, breathe in me Your power; 
Keep angels guarding hour by hour. 
Jesus, Savior I’ve no speech, 
But trust my awe to you will reach.  
My life is in Your hands as clay,
May it radiate Your praise.
